I approached Jeff to help with my computer. Some of the things I appreciate about him is, he has a very pleasant and patient personality, and comes to our house to help with our computer. He offers great service and I have the utmost trust and faith in him when it comes to computer repairs.

He came over and built my husband a computer. I purchased a new PC and he transferred all the information from my old PC and put it on the new PC. He has also helped me with the new tower, showing me how to do the things that I am not familiar with.

I am writing this because I want you to know that it is a huge relief that you are able to assist in repairing my laptop as soon as you are able. Even when my printer would not work or print my documents you were able to walk me through the steps in the areas that were not on my computer, while you did the computer repair. There have been a number of issues with some of my programs not working like I would like them to and you were able to fix the problem even making my laptop more efficient. I also would like to mention how great it is that you can assist me from Winnipeg when I live in the Yukon even though you can only help with the software when it comes to hardware you are able to recommend what I need to explain to the Local I.T guys to look at.

Jeff is very knowledgeable in his position and super personable to work with. Always polite and friendly. He was a true pleasure to work with in any capacity.
